Throughout the history, humankind has always been very curious about the space. Always wanted to know more, even wanted to go there to find out if there are any other living in the universe execpt us. they even managed most of their dreams, they travelled to the Moon, Mars. However; the curiosity continued to exist even more than ever. Nowadays, scientists are doing studies to prepare travels to the space, not just astronots but people to by space buses. So, space has always been of interest and it seems that it will be for a long time more in the future.
Here are top coolest things in the space. You will be fascinated by their beauty and they will arouse your attention a lot.

5. Halley's Comet

Distance from the Earth: 0.000000474 light years (closest approach)

Halley's Comet's last approach was in 1986. If you were young at that time and missed that phenomenon, don't worry! You may still have the chance to see it since the next scheduled passing is in 2061. It looks very bright when it approaches to the Earth. The most surprising thing about the Halley's Comet is that even if it appearss extremely bright and shiny to us, it is actually as coal and reflects about 4% of the sun's light. Moreover; it is only 15 kilometers long and 8 kilometers wide and about 8 kilometers thick which is much smaller than we guessed from the view of it.

4. The Hellix Nebula

Distance from the Earth: 700 light years

It is the closest bright planetary to the Earth. Its amazing photos are taken by the help of the Hubble Telescope and other ground-based telescopes. It was first discovered in 1824 by Karl Ludwig Harding. It was not until 2003 that this phenomenon was called as "The Eye of the God". The Helix Nebula is a planetary nebula so, it will eventually become a white dwarf star.

3. The Eagle Nebula

Distance from the Earth: 7000 light years

This is an interesting nebula because that you can see its brightest star with a good pair of binoculars. It was first discovered in 1745-46 by Jean Philip de Cheseaux and it is part of Serpen constellation.

2. The Witch Head Nebula

Distance from the Earth: 1000 light years

It looks like a right-facing profile of a witch and it is located near the most recognizable constallation to most ppeople; Orion. It appears blue due to the combination of the Rigel's blue colour and the dust within the nebula's cloud that reflects blue light better than red.

1. Horsehead Nebula

Distance from the Earth: 1500 light years

This one is also in Orion constellation. It was first seen in 1888. It is part of the Orion Molecular Cloud Complex and is a dark cloud of swirling dust which blocks the light from the bright red emission nebula behind it.
